Simple and Unique Facade of Bush House The Semak House was renovated in 2021, at that time we only wanted a simple facade, so that the work was completed quickly but was also unique. After searching for inspiration we found a facade that we wanted and we implemented it into the area of our house. To make it look unique, in the box on the 2nd floor we deliberately made an overhang of 1 m, so it looks like a box that was accidentally placed. This also increases the building area on the second floor. Carrying a modern and industrial theme, the colors are not far from gray and white, as well as a touch of exposed cement in the style of Japanese architect, Tadao Ando, on the fence walls. The fence is also made of perforated iron finished with white duco paint.
