This is a storage area for shoes and friends, 1 box above is for storing socks and 1 box next to it is for storing shoelaces and gloves. The cupboard below is of course for storing shoes. So it's neater and more efficient, you know, if you don't store them neatly in a special place, it's really hard to find socks, let alone shoelaces 😅😅.
