Regarding the facade, this is like the face of a house. Perhaps the most iconic of the Griya Nagari facades is the overhanging part of the 2nd floor balcony. Actually, the function of this section is a 'virtual line' so that our house seemed to be on the same level as the neighbors. Because if you actually look closely, the boundary lines of the Griya Nagari building are all slanted 😅 Another function is to keep out sunlight and water, because behind this facade is the Main Room. Moreover, we try to display the Tropical Japandi accent in building materials such as Travertine Marble, decorative paint, ceramic pillars, natural stone, rattan, WPC wall panels, etc. The rest is just mix & match to taste. And from the start we wanted our facade to be as simple as possible.
