I use cool white lights for the kitchen and dining area. Consists of a ceiling light above the kitchen and a track light above the dining table which are installed in series. The track light has 3 lights that shine onto the kitchen table and dining table. At night, if there is no activity in the kitchen, I just turn on the LED strip light installed at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet.
