People say that a house is a soul mate, for us it's true, we couldn't believe that finally in 2019 we were matched with this house, a house in a cluster which was initially still above our budget at that time, suddenly an agent offered it at a low price because the previous owner wanted to " sell fast.” Nothing to lose when we drop the price... yes, just according to our budget, yes, it's a blessing, the price was approved by the previous owner. Even though there was a bit of drama in the transaction, thank God... my dream of having a house on the hook came true in this house.
