Holla ohouse neighbors !💙 This time the caption seems quite long, hihi✌🏻 The first time we chose to live at home now was because we were deceived by a developer, it's really sad, really. So previously we had taken the house with a gradual cash payment method directly to the developer, (maybe next time we can tell you why the guy got cheated like that? 😭). After coming in quite a lot of money for us (approximately the cash value of a subsidized house) there was no progress whatsoever. Finally we stopped payments. After several processes with the developer and enough time for us to come to terms with the problem (the money has not been returned to date btw huhu), we discussed considering everything, and we agreed to take the house again but this time via a sharia bank mortgage. Because our rented house was about to run out, and we didn't feel like moving on, and we couldn't afford to look for a new rented house, so we started searching. And this is where we finally chose to live, even though the land area is relatively small, only 50sqm, but... considering that the road access is close to the city center, there are many choices of schools & hospitals, and most importantly the place where my husband picks me up is also close, yep, we're here hehe. Because this is a built-in house from the developer, we haven't changed much, we have a feeling of wanting to renovate it, but maybe later, we'll collect references and a budget first, of course. Currently we are designing our house more minimalist and not too much furniture because the area of our building is relatively small.
