Many people say that "a house is a soul mate" yes! we agree. But soul mates also have "criteria", right? š For us, in choosing this house, it has finally become our soul mate. We considered several things that we think are crucial, namely: 1. LOCATION -- how safe is the environment? is it prone to flooding? Is the access easy to reach? is it close to hospitals and schools? are you close to relatives? etc 2. BUDGET -- after considering point 1, we then adjust it to the budget we have. Do buy land and build your own house. Or buy a ready-to-move-in developer house that provides bank mortgage options. At that time, our condition required us to choose the second option 3. SIZE, LAYOUT AND DESIGN -- after adjusting to points 1 and 2, we then adjusted it to the housing needs for our small family. This ready-to-move-in developer house has a standard layout but in our opinion it is sufficient to meet our current needs, namely, it has a garage for 1 car, 2 bedrooms (main room and children's room), 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a rear garden area. We function it as a laundry area. As time goes by we live in this house, of course many changes have occurred. Among other things, we renovated the living room so that the space was wider, then changed the layout and decoration in the living room and dining area. The definition of home for us is "a place to grow together". Neither us, nor this house. Slowly trying to become a "better" version of ourselves day by day. #MyHomeStory #MyHomeJourney #CeritaRumahku
