Initially we bought this house, type 45/120, then after we had the funds we built an empty land area at the back. We allocated the back area for the kitchen, dining room and living room without partitions to make it look spacious. We also added 1 bathroom, a laundry room with a sliding door so that the room always looks neat even though there are lots of clotheslines😝, and a void area for a vertical garden so the house has more openings, is bright and has air circulation.
