We chose this house because it suited the size of the land, not too small and not too wide, it fit our budget at that time. Before occupying this house, we did some renovations, such as changing the window model, installing wood planks on the facade, and replacing the developer's original kitchen with the kitchen we wanted. We didn't change much of the structure, but we added a back room and expanded the back bedroom, because there was still a lot of land left in the back area of the house. The definition of home for us is the most comfortable place to come home to.
