About Valge House ☘️ We built this house from 0 using contractor services📐 Initially we looked for land in an area that we liked, with several considerations before buying land:🖍️ ✔️ Flood free ✔️ Near public facilities ✔️ Comfortable Environment ✔️ Not too far from the main road ✔️ Entry can be accessed by car With that in mind, we found the ideal place for us. Even though the price is quite high in this area, for long-term comfort we finally chose this land🔖 Construction took approximately 6 months with all the drama involved We use contractors because we don't have time to buy building materials and we don't have experience,😄 Before using a contractor there are things you need to pay attention to ✔️ First look at the house that the contractor has built ✔️ look for as many reviews as possible ✔️ Discuss the house plan and details ✔️ create a letter of agreement ✔️ Attach the specifications to the RAB, for example the depth of the foundation excavation, the brand and type of granite, paint, faucets, toilets, etc. that will be used, gate details and much more, basically every material used has brand and type specifications. ✔️ ask for a garage for at least 6 months (so you know whether there are any complaints during rainy and hot conditions) ✔️ Stay in control during construction, don't trust the contractor 100% ✔️ It is recommended that if you don't understand building, you can ask for professional services like an architect or building inspector who can come regularly #MyHomeStory #MyHomeJourney #CeritaRumahku #TipsMembangunRumah
