Location, that is our main requirement when looking for housing. Living around the capital city of Jakarta, which is famous for its traffic jams, drives our desire to have a residence that is comfortable, quiet and close to various facilities. The area we chose at that time was South Tangerang because it was closer to my husband's office. It took a long time to survey the area until we found the current house. There were several reasons that made us finally choose this house, including: Product from a developer who already has a name, location on an arterial road, very beautiful and comfortable environment, quite tight security, very good neighbors and a location close to various facilities general. And Alhamdulillah, lucky for us, in terms of price, we got a discount from the 0% tax program as well as a discount from the developer. Even though our house is relatively small, it doesn't matter to us and we are still grateful.
