The 10 year wait to own a home finally ends here. I was matched with an old house that was 30 years old. So I don't renovate much. Just lay down a few rooms, so it feels more spacious. In this house the concept is open space. So we really avoid lots of partitions. Even though it's been 30 years, this house is still sturdy, you know. Just needs a little maintenance."
