My Home Journey 🏡 We first found this house in 2019 when we were looking for a second house that was ready to live in after renting a house for a year. Why choose a second hand house rather than a new house? The consideration is that this house can be lived in straight away because it is still in very good condition without having to renovate much. The price of a second-hand house with an area of 179m2 is much cheaper than a new house with an area of 90m2. Apart from that, the location of this house is very strategic, still in the city center, very close to various public facilities such as hospitals, stations, favorite schools, shopping centers and other public facilities. The most important thing is that this house is in a flood-free area. In 2022, post-pandemic, we will start renovating several rooms such as the wet kitchen, prayer room, family room and living room. We renovated the room by replacing the damaged floor, adding a laundry room area, making over the walls and ceiling which were starting to get damaged. In our opinion, home is a place where family gathers and is the most comfortable place.
