I was hopeless when I first saw this house. Honestly, at first it wasn't very interesting, it was a bit forced to buy it. But what can I do, my budget is enough for this house. But I'm still enthusiastic despite the limitations, I want to clean and make this house cool, even though funds are limited. After a simple renovation for under 100 million, Alhamdulillah, this residence has become more comfortable. What made me finally accept this house was because of environmental factors. Even though it is somewhat in the district area, it exits the complex a bit in Cileungsi, bordering several areas, close to Depok, Bekasi, Cibubur. Apart from that, there is still a lot of fog here, at night there are still crickets, the weather is still nice. The air is still comfortable to breathe because there are still lots of trees. During the day in this house there is no need to use AC, a fan is enough. The AC usually starts turning on at 8 pm. It's pretty good at saving electricity.
