Making a choice on a house may be similar in concept to making a choice on a soul mate (cie🤭). At first, because we work in the construction sector, we planned to buy land and build a house from 0. But after 2 years of looking for land, we have not found suitable land because with the budget we have, the average land is in an environment with minimal social and public facilities. The reason we didn't think about the developer housing option was because we felt it didn't suit the design, which tends to be a template, but to be honest, we really need the facilities offered by housing, especially regarding security facilities because we work together. Finally, after searching here and there, we found a cluster with a design that suited our tastes and was easy to develop because the concept was a growing house. Apart from that, another important point was that the budget was also suitable. The journey to the contract, construction process and BAST felt made easier because everything went smoothly according to plan.
