The facade of my house is still the developer's, because it hasn't passed the 5 year period before it can be changed, even though I'm already itching to add this or that. The only thing I changed was the carport part, I used 20x20 andesite stone, and added steps as a mini terrace the size of granite. Meanwhile, I have just changed and tidied up part of the garden by making it a dry garden so that it is low maintenance and doesn't get ugly with weeds that like to grow.
