Hi online neighbors... Welcome to minimalist house facades that are still developer standards. Even though it's been more than 3 years, there hasn't been much change. From the start, we added a canopy with solartuf material because this material is not only bright when it rains, but it's not noisy. Another addition to the paint section is that we require to use Nippon exterior & install ceramic tile on the carport floor. Because our housing complex is still relatively dry, I added lots of plants & replaced the grass area with synthetic grass so it is always green and easier to maintain. .
