The dining room, when everyone has eaten, becomes a place for the children to study, a place for my zoom meetings, and sometimes even when friends come, it's nice to sit back and relax while drinking coffee and snacking in this room. You could say this is the center of our house. Usually at the dining table I use a table runner, but often it's just plain.
