The dining room at Rumah Semak is in one open plan room with the kitchen and living room, so while eating you can watch TV, look at the kitchen or look at the garden. Because it is in the middle of the room, this table is very functional not only for eating, but also for working or meetings. In our house there are no special decorations for Ramadan, instead it is quiet and the table is cleaner during the day 😅 My favorite decoration, tablecloths with banana leaf shapes and motifs.
