There are empty walls on both sides of the kitchen with a wide 11-character sink, and I was debating whether to put a dish cabinet there or not. I needed more storage, but I wanted to leave a lot of empty space in the house, so I didn't want to put bulky furniture there. (That's why I designed the sink in an 11-character shape.) Concerning is not the solution, I brought the shelves I had at home and checked them out with my own eyes. If you've seen my housewarming party or Instagram, you'll be familiar with this shelf. It's an IKEA product that's been used as a bookshelf, a display shelf for small items, sometimes as a flower pot holder, and sometimes as a kitchen storage shelf for 18 years. I heard that it was discontinued a long time ago and has come back recently. I don't think this wood color is available these days.
