One of our goals in renovating the house is to make it more spacious and the children can play freely in the house. Therefore, I chose an open space house where the living room and kitchen merge into one. And between the kitchen and living room there is one space that we left empty (the front area under the stairs). The aim is for free access and can also be used by children as a place to play. With this free access, my very active son can spend his energy by running, jumping, playing with cars as much as he likes. Just take out the toys and arrange them in such a way. Our open space really facilitates our children to play freely. While I am active in the kitchen I can still watch him play. After playing, the child returns to tidy up his toys. So the area becomes empty and clean again. #KidsFriendlyHome #ChildFriendlyHome #FamilyFriendlyDesign #scandinavian #homedepok #japandi
