Having a small house means you have to be smart in organizing your space. For our house, the open space concept, aka no room dividers, is mandatory. You also have to be smart in choosing furniture so that the room doesn't become cramped but the function of the furniture can still be achieved. For example, choosing a soda bed type sofa, a floating type TV backdrop, a stack type guest table that can be tucked under the TV backdrop when not in use, a slimmer folding shoe rack, a study table that can be folded, a kitchen set made to the ceiling right down to the use of mirrors to create a spacious impression.
