Hello, nice to meet you from my tiny house... even though it is small, my house still has a dining room and a large living room with a TV area and separate living area. My tips for maximizing a room are using furniture that suits the size of the room. Such as choosing a sofa that is not too big, and also having to minimize items so that it is not too crowded with furniture. Add more cabinets to store things to make it look neater. I don't use room dividers in this house, because I think if there were room dividers, my house would feel narrower, so I left the house open.
