Welcome summer • 3 things from the facade that made me choose this house 1. Spacious garage. In my opinion, if we want to have a vehicle, the main thing to think about is parking space. Taking the shoulder of the road as a parking space is illegal. I am willing to level the front garden of the house because it requires a large garage. As well as a place for children to play. 2. Big mango tree. Not all houses here have mango trees planted by developers. So it's really lucky, isn't it... this tree protects the children's room on the 2nd floor from the intense midday sun. 3. Empty side land. You definitely understand what housing in the capital area is like where the walls are attached directly to the neighbors. At least there is a wide view of green grass as well as an area for absorbing rainwater, even though the road here is also made eco-friendly which can directly absorb rainwater. So...
