- Home Stories - This house is in a residential area with a LT of 74m2 and an initial LB of only 36m2. At that time the kitchen was outside the back of the house, before we occupied the house we renovated it by destroying the partition and moving the kitchen. We deliberately used the remaining land to build a kitchen + dining room and also a small garden. The kitchen was made without a partition from the living room so that the house felt spacious, plus we had a small garden so that there was still light and air entering the house even though the remaining land at that time was less than 25m2.
