The first time I bought this house was in 2016 with a 45x97m type, around 2018 I started renovating the empty land behind the house by changing the kitchen set and adding 1 room on the top floor. Then before Corona 2020 we bought the house next door because a neighbor was selling it with the same type & size. For 3 years this house has been rented. Finally in 2023 we decided not to rent it out anymore and renovate it, thank God, after 36 days the renovation of the house was finally finished, even though we only used the services of 5 daily handymen without an architect and without a contractor. And during the renovation I was the foreman. My husband and I did the shopping and looked for the building materials ourselves.
