Korean summer vibes for family room this season • A Home Story I returned to Jakarta in 2018 after living in Bangkok for approximately 2 years. The process of looking for a house was quite long, but my main priority at that time was a second house that was well maintained, located in a flood-free area and close to my husband's office. The budget at that time was the target for cluster houses under 1.5 billion. House type, house design, house size are not a problem for me. The reason I look for a second house is because usually the environment is already established, there are lots of neighbors, it is shady with trees, there are already street food vendors...hahaha, a meatball worker is a must, all the water, gas, etc. workers are complete. Sometimes, if the first person is lucky, usually the house has already been renovated, so the second renovation is not that difficult.
