When we first bought this house for investment purposes, we had no intention of using it as a place to live, so we chose the smallest & cheapest unit at that time with a land area of 60m2 consisting of only one room, one living room and one bathroom without a kitchen. As time went by I thought about renovating the house so that this immovable investment was not in vain, the condition of the house being unoccupied of course over time it would be destroyed because there was no one to look after it. To encourage us to care for this house, we carried out renovations so that when we visited this house it felt comfortable & definitely inspired to take care of it. Long story short, after the renovation, we ended up coming to this house more often, especially after I became a creator, there were lots of activities I had to do in this house. Currently we still don't live permanently because of school constraints for our children who are still in elementary school, so we are still going back and forth to our in-laws' house which is close to our children's school.
