Initially we wanted to buy in a new housing complex. But considering access and the environment, we finally chose a second house rather than a new house. Reasons we chose this house: • This house is strategically positioned in the center of the crowd • Public facilities are close and not too far from the toll road so access to my husband's place of work is quite affordable • Apart from that, this area is flood free • When we found this house, it was in a clean condition. • In our opinion, the land and building area is sufficient, not too big and not too small.
