I am very grateful to be able to have my own apartment, especially to find an apartment that matches my decorating vision. I deliberately looked for used apartment units in old buildings, because I think old apartments tend to have bigger space and are cheaper than newly built apartments. After several surveys of a number of apartments, I just felt that I was suitable for the apartment I live in now. Even though initially this unit had not been renovated at all, I felt that this apartment had the potential to be a comfortable and suitable place to live for me. That same day I immediately decided to continue the process of purchasing this apartment.
