Introducing a house with Japandi interior, @rumah.di.akasia ☺️👋🏻 The main interior theme in our house is Japandi. We chose this style because Japandi gives a warm and cozy impression, in line with the goal we want: to be a 'home', a place to stop and rest when we are tired. In this living room, we placed a TV table that we specially customized from Jepara using teak wood and rattan on the drawers. We also placed several decorative items with matching colors to beautify the space. Our inspiration is various interior literature, such as Organized Living (Shira Grill), Home Style Handbook (Lucy Gough), Call It Home (Amber Lewis), and Arranging Things (Colin King). We apply the Japandi theme to almost all rooms in the house, such as the living room and kitchen. The main material we use for furniture is teak wood, and the decorative items we use are usually made from clay, rattan and other natural materials which are typical of the Japandi theme.
