I moved to my parents’ house in northern Gyeonggi Province right before I gave birth. I thought it would be better to be in an area where my family is rather than being alone with my husband in Seoul. My parents’ house was next to a new town that was booming these days, and it had a beautiful forest. I asked my parents to move to the new town with me, but they were adamant that they wanted to live here for their health. I also lived in a rented house for two years and it was comfortable. After much thought, I decided to build a study for my husband who was struggling with time, and we sold a large apartment and moved.
