A Home with a Cat Since I always lived with roommates, there were limits to how much I could decorate my home according to my own style. However, after moving out this year and living alone, I really wanted to keep my house tidy. Also, because there are many wooden and white cat products, I decided to decorate my home in wood, white, and gray tones. As a young professional with a high likelihood of moving again, expensive furniture was a burden. Furthermore, because I have a cat, I had to choose sturdy furniture. I had often encountered situations where furniture ordered online looked subtly different from the photos, so I wanted to see and choose items in person. Consequently, I ended up purchasing mostly products from IKEA. This is what my home looks like after my first round of purchases.
