Since the window frame is in the middle, a regular non-pierced hook wouldn't work. So I ordered the non-pierced hook S that allows the rod to be installed higher. I also ordered the curtain rail type, I ordered the rail type because I thought the rod would not be smooth when opening and closing the curtains. It's my first time installing curtains, and the rail type is so easy to install. I highly recommend the non-pierced hook.
