This is a southwest-facing duplex officetel with a usable area of 21 pyeong (approx. 70 sq m). :) Even though it is on a lower floor, it gets plenty of sunlight. I originally planned for the bed to face the opposite direction, but due to scheduled construction, I temporarily placed it toward the TV.
