I sang to my husband for almost a year, and now my living room interior looks complete😊 I liked the clean and simple appearance the most. I also liked the LED lighting. The fact that it has a built-in Bluetooth speaker was unique. I tried connecting YouTube Music with a feeling of hopelessness, and it performed better than I imagined. It came out cleanly without any noise. However, I think I really have to tell you this story. The fireplace first arrived in mid-July. I requested an exchange because the product had a defect in the Bluetooth function. I heard twice that "it will be delivered this week," but they didn't deliver it without saying anything. When I called to ask, they said that the product was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be in stock. Then, Truebe Furniture should have contacted me first, but I contacted them first twice. Truebe Furniture contacted me again in mid-August and said that it would be in stock and delivered next week, but the product exchange ended up happening in the first week of September. The product itself is made in Korea and has a clean finish, so there's nothing better to add. Seeing that the exchange was delayed by a month and a half and that there was no proper guidance, I was worried that the response might be a bit lacking when there was an after-sales service issue in the future.
