It's a duplex house that I signed a contract for in March. I just wanted to do the interior. I put up wallpaper, took off the door, and painted it. The flooring was ugly, so I bought a tile rug. It's 50 pyeong, so I spent some money. I have to do the upstairs too....and there's 50 pyeong upstairs too.
