Every house must have a favorite corner, and for me, this corner is the most comfortable place after a long day.
When night falls, I like to sit here with my favorite book, accompanied by warm lamplight and a calming home atmosphere. It feels like escaping for a moment from the hustle and bustle, enjoying some time for myself before finally falling asleep.
But it turns out, I'm not alone. My son also likes to sneak in here, leaning back while hugging his favorite pillow. Maybe he also feels the same warmth, that this place is not just a chair, but a hug after a tiring day.

You could say that installing a canopy on the facade of this house is a bit forced because it disturbs the facade design where the tall windows are cut off. But nowadays, more canopies are needed.
Actually, this facade is not 100% in accordance with the design that has been made because #rumahmaknaa is indeed a growing house. So in the future it might change.

People say that a house is a soul mate, for us it's true, we couldn't believe that finally in 2019 we were matched with this house, a house in a cluster which was initially still above our budget at that time, suddenly an agent offered it at a low price because the previous owner wanted to " sell fast.” Nothing to lose when we drop the price... yes, just according to our budget, yes, it's a blessing, the price was approved by the previous owner. Even though there was a bit of drama in the transaction, thank God... my dream of having a house on the hook came true in this house.
We have done a lot of renovations, however, the structure of the building has not changed much from the developer's original, you can see the original on the last slide 🙏🏻😊.

CHILD FRIENDLY HOUSE
Rumah_dingdong carries the open space concept as one of its considerations so that our young children can freely move and play in the middle of the house. There aren't many decorations that decorate the kitchen, we only added lighting with rail lights and a plate drainer rack so that the glass plates are neatly arranged and the colors match. The cabinet under our table uses hollow iron as a frame and perforated doors give an industrial impression.
