This laundry room measures 2x1 m. Even though the space is limited, we use this room as a place to wash, dry and iron clothes.
There is also a cupboard for storing laundry needs. And a small box cabinet that is used to store clothes to be ironed.

Night vs day version of the facade ✨
Hi friends, it's been a long time since I posted the facade of my house...
The facade of my house has an industrial theme.
why did I choose this theme? because I like his style, masculine and very handsome to look at 😁
So, to realize this theme, I used brick ornaments and a black fence...
Apart from that, I also used colors such as dark gray for the carport floor and brown wood motifs for the doors to add to the industrial impression...
My tip is that if you want to use an industrial theme for the facade, you can combine colors between black, dark light brown, dark light grey, brick red, and also cream...
For supporting accessories, you can also add coasters, exposed bricks, rocks, or kamprot cement for the walls...
it can make a really industrial impression ☺️

The fence at Y.A House was chosen for security and privacy. The design carries a minimalist industrial concept with black and gray colors, in harmony with the facade of the house. Light steel material is used to be strong and rust-resistant.

'Not' Korean House Facade :)

Why did you choose dark colored facade wall paint? Just want to explore, if your house usually has a white facade, how about black and I actually like it. This uses Jotun black carbon paint
* slide 2; View of the facade of the house, angle from below so you can see the right and left sides. So the black color is more out standing, mixed with wooden elements, but this isn't actually wood
* slides 3&6; house facade before installing the fence & canopy on the upper balcony terrace. It was decided to use a fence & canopy to make it safer (worried about children playing on the balcony) & so that rainwater splashes wouldn't hit the bedroom window.

Canopies & fences use galvanized holo material for decoration & to match the wall panels on the facade walls, given a touch of wood wpc from Duma

If you are aware, the ceiling above the kitchen #rumahmaknaa is black. There are still people who ask what they used for the ceiling.
So in the kitchen #rumahmaknaa we use an exposed bondek ceiling and WF iron painted black. Why choose a bonded ceiling? So when we wanted to build a house and were looking for inspiration for a mezzanine design, we were interested in a house design that used a black bondek ceiling.
We see that this bondek ceiling can be an accent that strengthens the industrial style. After applying it, we really liked the results😍. In fact, this ceiling is one of the characteristics of #rumahmaknaa.
What's the bastard? Bondek is a material in the form of sheets made from galvanized galvanized or aluminum which is used to make ceiling replacements for plywood. Bondek can be supported by ordinary beams or steel beams. In #rumahmaknaa the bondek is supported by steel beams or often called WF iron.

Industrial Style at Home, Multifunctional and Cool!
At first I liked the industrial style because it looks simple but still cool and masculine. Make the house feel more characterful! We try to apply this style in the dining room which is also a workplace. This table and bar stool made of iron and wood is not only for eating, but also a comfortable spot for WFH. Plus a minimalistic iron hanging lamp, the industrial feel is even better (the hanging lamp is still on the wishlist 🤭).

Difference between living room before and now;
In the past, the color was mostly white with full decoration, it didn't look aesthetic if there were still empty gaps hehehe, but now the tone is more black, simpler, not too many knick-knacks so it's easier to clean ;)

Open Shelving Kitchen
Since the previous kitchen which was made of HPL-coated wood was rotting, especially in the sink area & damp inside the cabinet, finally when we renovated I no longer wanted to use a wooden kitchen set. Immediately requested a kitchen table using corcoran coated with granite & iron for the kitchen set.
To match the concept of the first floor, namely industrial, the color was still chosen black with a touch of wood on the backing. The wood uses open meranti wood. because this kitchen set is an open shelving model, so it is better to look at, try to always keep it neat, one of which is reducing items & using a lot of storage. For example, I chose stacked drawers to be placed at the bottom side by side with a closed storage box to reduce dust & animals, while at the top I chose rattan storage to make it more aesthetic.
Make sure the color of the kitchen set and the details match in rhythm so it looks neater & nicer to look at hehhehe, I chose hexagon granite for the kitchen floor so it looks more outstanding.

When I first bought the house, I didn't even think about changing the facade, let alone renovating it, so when I first got the house, the facade was still brought by the developer, at least with the addition of a canopy in the garage and in front of the entrance. The standard garage canopy uses a gypsum-rich material, while the front of the entrance uses a membrane-rich material that is commonly used in cafes. It's quite durable, it's more than 5 years old, it doesn't crack, it doesn't tear

What you can't do on the terrace of this balcony is to have a bbq while chatting on this terrace, because the position is up there so you can see the sky, it's not too dark inside the house & when there's direct light during the day, it's bright for photos.
It's usually used here to sunbathe during covid, likes to do skipping, children play in the water to sunbathe like a carpet too hahaha or it's used as a spot for content because even though there aren't many props, it's still pretty cool anyway hehehe (according to me, yes)

It's nice to have an open space house, when you get together with a big family, there are couples, children, parents & relatives or friends, even though there are people sitting in the living room, the TV room up to the dining table, but it's still in one area, so they can still interact with each other, right? wall/room barrier
one of the things that must be a place to hang out is the living room, make it more comfortable, keep the room clean, have plenty of pillows if you want to lie down & don't need a lot of stuff

Found the location of this house, initially just because I heard that a friend was taking a house in this complex, my husband just wanted to try it because it happened to be located not far from my parents' house, which I was still living with at the time. It turned out that there were only a few units left and the one with a slightly larger size (there was a little extra land) was the house in the corner which eventually became my house.
I looked at several housing complexes around here for comparison but they weren't suitable, there were ones that were more expensive and bigger in size but the roads weren't wide enough so the distance to the front house was close, there were ones that were affordable but had open access here and there. My husband and I are comfortable in this housing complex because it's not far from our parents' house, so we can still walk around there, access in and out of the complex is only one way so it's safer, the road is also quite wide so even though the houses are close together, it's still private.
