because we use a bunk bed, there is still space for a children's play area in the room, for the children's favorite toys and books we use the storage in the bunk bed, apart from being used for storage which keeps toys and books tidy, it can also be used as decoration, and the room also looks aesthetic

for the wardrobe we use a stacking cupboard, and for books and other school equipment we use a multi-purpose shelf which we also use as a TV table in this child's room

Children's bedroom measures 260x190 cm.
Yes, it's small in size... not as big as other rooms, here is the challenge, how to get maximum function.
So I tricked it with bunk bed furniture, where the stairs can be used as storage for children's clothes/toys, under the bed it can still be used as a study table and children's play area.
There is also space in the wall for a bookshelf.
Thank God, even though it's narrow, you can still be tricked into choosing the right furniture and in the end you can fit everything.

Boys Bedroom
A blue-themed boy's bedroom with an outer space theme.
The bed itself uses a bunk bed so that the lower area can be used as a children's reading spot.
The bookshelf uses a multi-function bookshelf and can be shaped as desired and can be changed to change the atmosphere. To make it more comfortable when reading, we use soft PVC playmate.

Having a pre-teen is fun, especially when they start to have different personal space needs. Well, in our child's current room, there are no more toys scattered around, except for a few that he still loves and we display on the shelves as decorations.
The room is not too big, so to make it feel more spacious, we chose not to put too many knick-knacks. Because he really likes the color blue, we painted the mini table and cupboard in his favorite color.
Oh yeah, this room is more for sleeping. If he studies, he is more comfortable in the work room, and to play games that use the TV, he just moves to the family room.
Simple, comfortable, and still functional, right?

The frame of this bedroom bed can be adjusted to a size of 160x200cm, has a backrest for more comfort.
This bed also has 2 drawers that are large enough for us to store clothes/toys so that they are more functional.

This is the atmosphere of K2's children's room. Coincidentally, this room is the smallest. So I try not to have a lot of things & stick with the natural white concept.

I installed wallfoam on one side of the wall because the wall was damp even though I had changed it, the paint must have taken a long time, there was mold, that's why I covered it with wallfoam...

The installation of climbing points started when my child had difficulty concentrating and focusing while studying online during the pandemic. According to psychologists, my child is super active, so to make him concentrate, I have to do lots of activities that expend energy. I chose wall climbing because it has a lot of positive influences too.

To create a safe and comfortable room for children, I chose a bed design without a bed frame.
Then I also use a playmatt under the mattress, so that children are safer and more comfortable when playing.
And I also use antibacterial paint with a little touch of simple design that we draw ourselves.

The children's bedroom, which was originally still a warehouse because the child did not dare to sleep alone, was finally #makeoverlowbudget with a touch of #wallbatten material and repainted in shades of White & Khaki to match the color of the bed frame. Because we still have elementary school-aged children, we really care about child safety. We realize this by using furniture that is certainly child-friendly, including:
➡️ choosing wall paint with good quality and odorless, and can be wiped easily if there are stains.
➡️ beds, study tables and chairs with curved corners so they are not dangerous.
➡️ placing stationery containers that are easy for children to reach.
➡️ toy container made of elastic fabric
➡️ Lego collection container per theme made of transparent box so it is easy to find
➡️ installing soft fur carpet so it is comfortable to play on the floor
➡️ providing dry trash bins with attractive colors, to train children to maintain cleanliness, especially their rooms

Child-Friendly Materials ✨
The children's room that we use as a children's playroom because the children still sleep with us so this children's room is still used as a children's playroom.
The selection of furniture in this children's room must of course be for children, one of our child-friendly furniture uses this floor mattress to train children to sleep training, then the carpet must of course have anti-slip on the bottom besides being soft it is also safe for children to play and learn, and of course use a container for toys and toys made of materials that are safe for children.

Our son's room is not too big and its main function is only as a bedroom.. there is no study table because learning activities are carried out in the living room
for the mattress is made quite short so that the child does not have difficulty getting up and down

Because my children are 3 and still small
I created NZhomes to be a comfortable and safe home for my children and of course fun for them with some of the materials I use
Slide 1: PlayMat for children who are expected to be comfortable even when playing under the mattress
Slide 2: Toilet with soft-closing lid ✨, comfortable for children to be able to go to the toilet independently safely
Slide 3: Sofa furniture with blunt corners and comfortable with the addition of a sofa cover
Slide 4: Access stairs made with safety railings, so every time under all the lower railings are locked so that adult supervision is still required if you want to go up (and vice versa)
Slide 5-6: Bonus happy faces of my children always ☺️✨

Bedroom inspiration 2.5 x 2.5 meters..
This room is still plain, and the plan is that I still want to add decorations to make it more lively, such as changing the wall decor (for some reason, when I print the color that should be cream it turns purple 😄), then I also want to add artificial plants, shelves, carpet and lighting.

Using this bunk bed actually adapts to the size of the room which is very minimal. Actually, this is custom.
The steps are made into cupboards to save space too. Give it a touch of wall stickers and white and cream colors.
