🧑🏻🍳Making Canelés with Cuisine Art Air Fryer!
✅Ingredients
•Chef Made Mini Canelé Mold
•400 g milk, 1 vanilla bean, 24 g unsalted butter, 97 g cake flour, 100 g whole egg, 46 g egg yolk, 186 g sugar, 30 g Bacardi or rum
✅Recipe
1. Add milk and butter, add one vanilla bean with seeds and peel, and heat over medium heat while melting the butter.
(Before boiling, heat to 80 degrees!)
2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, and mix gently.
Add Bacardi and mix gently.
(Mix lightly only)
3. Sift cake flour in two batches
Mix smoothly with a whisk.
(If you mix the flour too much, gluten will be created,
so it will rise too much when baking, so mix gently)
4.1 Add milk little by little and mix.
(Include vanilla bean stems)
5. After maturing in the refrigerator for 24 hours,
pass through a sieve and pour only about 80% into the mold.
6. Preheat the Cuisinart air fryer to 200 degrees,
and bake at 200 degrees for 13 minutes / at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Pour the fully cooked canelés onto a cooling rack!
Let cool and enjoy! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside canelé is complete✌🏻🖤
It gets soggy after a day, so eat it on the same day!✨
You can use up the refrigerated dough within 2-3 days, so you can bake it in 3 batches🙂

It's great that you can order blinds in 1mm increments for rental properties🫰
They come perfectly fitted, so make sure to measure carefully.
It's best to order 0.5cm to 1cm smaller.
The shop gave me that advice when I ordered♡
However, they came so perfectly fitted,
and I was nervous about my own home too. .
But thanks to that, I can now stand in the kitchen even when the western sun is strong 😮💨🔥🔥
