This is our kids' play area. On the left is a bookshelf, and usually the kids read in this area too. To complete the decoration that suits the function, I added some rattan storage and white storage to match the theme of the house. There is also a wooden frame containing alphabet and hijaiyah posters as a learning tool for our children 🤍

Having a pre-teen is fun, especially when they start to have different personal space needs. Well, in our child's current room, there are no more toys scattered around, except for a few that he still loves and we display on the shelves as decorations.
The room is not too big, so to make it feel more spacious, we chose not to put too many knick-knacks. Because he really likes the color blue, we painted the mini table and cupboard in his favorite color.
Oh yeah, this room is more for sleeping. If he studies, he is more comfortable in the work room, and to play games that use the TV, he just moves to the family room.
Simple, comfortable, and still functional, right?

Kids Bedroom🤍
The children's room, which we think is big enough, to make it look comfortable, we choose furniture that is adjusted to the size of the room.
The frame of this bedroom bed can be adjusted to a size of 160x200cm, has a backrest for more comfort.
This bed also has 2 drawers that are large enough for us to store clothes/toys so that they are more functional.
To make the children's room feel more comfortable, we can choose the color, size that matches the theme of the room & can also add l wallpaper to the wall🤍

This room is an indoor garden that we created during the house renovation. To make it more comfortable and safe for children, we chose WPC decking as the base for the floor. Also to make it look warmer. We deliberately did not fill it with ceramics, so that it becomes the identity of this house. Usually they play here in the afternoon towards evening or in the morning towards noon.

To create a safe and comfortable room for children, I chose a bed design without a bed frame.
Then I also use a playmatt under the mattress, so that children are safer and more comfortable when playing.
And I also use antibacterial paint with a little touch of simple design that we draw ourselves.

Because we still have elementary school-aged children, we really care about child safety. We realize this by using furniture that is certainly child-friendly, including:
➡️ choosing wall paint with good quality and odorless, and can be wiped easily if there are stains.
➡️ beds, study tables and chairs with curved corners so they are not dangerous.
➡️ placing stationery containers that are easy for children to reach.
➡️ toy container made of elastic fabric
➡️ Lego collection container per theme made of transparent box so it is easy to find
➡️ installing soft fur carpet so it is comfortable to play on the floor
➡️ providing dry trash bins with attractive colors, to train children to maintain cleanliness, especially their rooms

One of the challenges when having children is choosing furniture or items that are child-friendly.
Such as toy shelves made of plastic but still aesthetic, vinyl flooring to protect little ones' feet from cracks in the plaster, study tables that can be used as dining tables and play tables too, there are air purifiers that aim to keep the air clean, air sofas that want to jump without worrying about hitting the wooden edge of the chair, and toilets for children so that children don't fall into the main toilet 🤣

Super simple boy's room inspiration
With a combination of gray and white.
There is not much furniture to make it look spacious.. with child-friendly white paint that is easy to clean.
For the bed, it is deliberately not using a bed frame so that the child does not fall easily..
This super simple study table also does not have many details to make it look neat..
By adding a carpet in the same color, this room feels more alive.
For the cupboard, choose a simple model and next to the cupboard there is storage for storing toys.

Minimalist & Compact Children's Room
Although this room is very small, we replaced the wardrobe with a larger one than before because of the increased storage needs.
This wardrobe is also for storing clothes for our 2 children who are still sharing and for storing other items to keep them neat and tidy.
We added a table and chair for the study area to make it more comfortable.

hi haii.. this time I want to share about the furniture that I use in this child's room..
well actually I don't use much furniture, because I want to create a comfortable and safe bedroom for children.
as you can see, I only use a bed without a divan, the goal is to make the child more comfortable when sleeping, not worrying about rolling. then there is a study table to make it more comfortable when studying. there is still a plastic cabinet that is used to store school equipment, I chose this plastic cabinet so that it is more durable and also because of its aesthetic color ☺️
I also added a carpet to make it more comfortable when playing. oh yeah for decoration I also added wall decor on the wall..
I also made a house and scallop motif on the wall using paint, the goal is to make the room look more fun & cheerful. so the kids are happy to play and study in their room ☺️

2 of the occupants of the house at dnhouse_ are children. So we also adjust some materials and furniture to their needs.
We provide a bench so that the little ones can reach things easily, such as washing their hands in the sink and turning the light switch on and off.
To hone their creativity, we provide tables and chairs that are easy to remove and reassemble so that they don't take up space when not in use.
All showers at dnhouse_ are equipped with a shower height adjustment button so that they can be adjusted to the height of the little one.
Last but not least, we choose the paint material for our children's rooms with selected paint materials that are safe for children to inhale and can be easily cleaned if stained, the colors are cute, right?

The purpose of making this reading corner is so that children's reading hobby can be channeled here. The children's book collection is deliberately placed on the middle shelf so that our oldest child, especially the toddler, can easily take it and return it by himself. Although the play area can actually be anywhere, as much as possible we direct them to play in this area, so that toy storage such as toy trolleys, storage boxes are centered in this area.

The favorite place that children like is their own room.
This room is not only used for sleeping but also for playing.
We added some trofast shelves to store various toys for our children. We also put a bookshelf on the wall for the children as a mini library.
This room is not spacious enough, only 2.5 x 3 m, so we added a vinyl carpet to make it look more homey and the children are free to sit on the floor.
