The limited width of the living room (4.5 m) does not limit us from expressing ourselves in the living room interior.

Our kitchen sets are custom made using the services of PD Kayu Indah, with Blockmelamine material, TACO brand HPL finishing. Soft close (slow motion) hinges and double track rails. Considering that our kitchen is not too big, we added double top cabinets almost at ceiling height. We choose custom kitchen sets so that we can adjust the size of our kitchen. And after looking for information about experienced custom kitchen sets, we chose PD Kayu Indah.

From the beginning, our desire was simple: to create a house that looks modern, minimalist, and has a unique touch that reflects the character of its occupants. After much consideration, this design was born—a simple, elegant, yet functional facade.
Why choose the Modern Minimalist style? Because this style feels timeless, clean, and comfortable. With bold lines and neutral colors, we think the facade is quite pleasing to the eye and also gives a spacious impression without too many ornaments.
The material of this facade was chosen so that the appearance is simple but still cool. Natural stone so that the facade looks sturdy and aesthetic with a natural texture that is not boring. Conwood is used to add a warm impression like wood but is not complicated to maintain. Then, white paint is the main color that makes the house look clean, bright, and other elements stand out even more. This combination is perfect for those who like a modern style but still natural.

This shoe rack fits up to 20 pairs of adult shoes, even heels. I've been using it since 2017. Makes the house tidy from the sight of shoes which usually look messy.

This house stands on land with an area of 96m2. In arranging the layout of a room with limited land, we apply the open space concept where there are no partitions between rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into one area.
To maximize room space, we utilized the area under the stairs for the kitchen with an "I" line model. Houses with limited land are indeed a challenge in designing room layouts. But with proper planning, even a house with limited land will still feel spacious.

When choosing a house facade, I look for a lot of inspiration from several facade designs in home decor applications and from social media. We also consider the environmental conditions of the house, the facade material, the size of the house, and the combination of colors for the facade is also very important to make it attractive. Therefore, we chose natural colors such as steel gray, cream, brown as the main color of the facade of our house. We use red brick motif ceramics to add a modern impression. Likewise with the wooden motif fence, which we balanced with a gray roster.

This is the facade of our house with a modern minimalist theme without a tile roof. We chose not to use roof tiles because they will be used for the rooftop as additional space in our house.
We also gave the facade of this house a touch of natural Marmo stone to make it feel more homey and in our opinion, this makes the facade long-lasting and long-lasting because natural stone is resistant to weather conditions.

Home prayer room
A comfortable prayer room for worship. With cute decorations and adorable lights, an aesthetic carpet also serves as a prayer mat. Round bedside tables to store prayer clothes neatly, also brochure shelves that are used as bookshelves and the Qur'an.
The walls of the prayer room are given a touch of unique precut mosaic ceramics.

Here, so that it doesn't look empty, the walls are fitted with aesthetic frames, as well as aesthetic cheese-style chairs. In front of the studio room, there is a cute and unique TV-shaped mat.

The door frame of our room is still a classic shape as the original home. The temporary door paint is neutral brown.
Service Area
The laundry room in our house also carries a minimalist concept. This area is located outside on the back terrace of the house and is an open space. So we need mini curtains (cloth posters) to cover the washing machine so that it doesn't get wet from the rain. Above the washing machine, we added a multi-purpose shelf and a stacked trolley on the side to store soap equipment.
The roster in this laundry room is a barrier covering the water pump and the warehouse inside (broom holder, etc.). We chose a beautiful terrazzo motif for the floor.

Modern Minimalist🏠
We applied a modern minimalist theme to the house we built on a 49m2 plot of land.
On the 1st floor, we created an open plan concept where on one floor there are many function spaces that are directly integrated.
On the 1st floor of the house we function as a living room which is integrated directly with the dining area, kitchen, sink on the right and left, there is a guest bathroom and also a storage room.
We also added a mezzanine room to make the house seem more spacious.
The choice of neutral colored furniture with touches of wood creates a warmer and more homey impression.
