Our kitchen sets are custom made using the services of PD Kayu Indah, with Blockmelamine material, TACO brand HPL finishing. Soft close (slow motion) hinges and double track rails. Considering that our kitchen is not too big, we added double top cabinets almost at ceiling height. We choose custom kitchen sets so that we can adjust the size of our kitchen. And after looking for information about experienced custom kitchen sets, we chose PD Kayu Indah.

The facade of our house has not changed much, when we renovated we only dismantled two pillars that are iconic classic houses.
then we painted the entire exterior including the doors and frames using white paint, and replaced the ceramics on the terrace with wooden motif ceramics, while the car pot section still uses ceramics from the previous owner.
The addition of ornaments on the door and lights and plants attached to the wall beautify this area.

✨ Tips for Storing Items in a Small Kitchen ✨
Maximizing storage in a kitchen that is a kitchen set from the previous owner with a kitchen set cabinet size of 2.4m and a fairly humid lower area requires a special strategy to keep it neat and functional. Here are some tips that we apply:
🔹 Use Aluminum Cabinets
Because the lower area of the kitchen set is quite humid, plates, cooking utensils, and some food stocks are safer stored in aluminum cabinets to avoid damage due to humidity.
🔹 Storing Household Equipment
Household equipment is stored at the bottom of the cabinet in white storage so that it is easy to find and group. Meanwhile, because we don't have many electronic devices, they are stored in the upper cabinet with jars and tumblers to be more efficient.
🔹 Shelves and Trolleys for Spices & Stock Ingredients
• Kitchen spices are placed in the area closest to the stove to make it easier to cook.
• Using a wheeled trolley with brown storage and jars to store various types of flour and other food ingredients.
🔹 Arrangement on the Top Table Cabinet
Because the position of the kitchen table is not aligned with the stove, the arrangement of items is adjusted to be more functional:
• Near the stove: a special shelf for onions and cooking utensils in clear containers.
• Several rotating glass spice bottles to make it easier to cook.
Actually, there is still a lot of homework to perfect this kitchen to be more functional and not too many shelves, considering that this kitchen set is the result of the previous owner. But Alhamdulillah so far this kitchen is still comfortable to use according to its function! ✨🤗

Prayer room ✨🕌
A simple prayer room, originally this room was converted into a prayer room because we didn't have a prayer room. This prayer room is located next to the main room. A small second home turned into a spacious one🤎
Initially we bought this house, because at that time we were looking for a house that fit our budget when we first got married. Our fortune, found a second home that was being sold cheaply because the owner was a BU.

Initially we wanted to buy in a new housing complex. But considering access and the environment, we finally chose a second house rather than a new house.
Reasons we chose this house:
• This house is strategically positioned in the center of the crowd
• Public facilities are close and not too far from the toll road so access to my husband's place of work is quite affordable
• Apart from that, this area is flood free
• When we found this house, it was in a clean condition.
• In our opinion, the land and building area is sufficient, not too big and not too small.

In the past, when we were looking for a second home in this complex because this is an old cluster, it was a bit difficult to find a house that fit our wishes. When we found this house, its position was on the corner, so it was quite bright and not damp. This is what made us immediately fall in love and fall in love with this house. Two way stairs
Stairs lead to the children's room and to the laundry room. Originally this staircase was one way and had to be turned around if you wanted to go to the laundry room, so we made a shortcut by breaking through the window and it became a two way staircase which made it very easy to access the upper room.

A little story: At the end of 2019 we decided to buy an old house, what made us choose this house was its very strategic location, easy access, public facilities very close to the house such as hospitals, schools, stations, malls and other business centers because still includes the city center. The location of this house is also free from flooding. Even though this house is not a new house but an old house built in 2009, this house is still in very good condition and the price is much higher than the market price. If we buy a new house, it is impossible for us to have a house with 2 lots for the price of 1 lot in a very strategic location.
We haven't renovated much, the facade is still from the old owner, what we renovated recently is the living room, laundry area and prayer room. We changed the living room to be simpler and look fresh. Meanwhile, there is a prayer room and a laundry room because there is no special place for these two places.
In our opinion, the ideal house is a house that is comfortable to live in, meets the needs of its residents, is strategically located and has a size that is suitable for family members.

Hi all...
We chose the Modern Minimalist theme to add a simple but still modern impression by using classic colors.
Because the concept of our house is open space, almost all parts of the house have the same theme, namely modern minimalism.
Wood dominates the elements we use. We chose matte granite to add a modern impression and is also quite safe because it is not slippery considering we have 2 small children at home.
