Hi, this is my simple and minimalist mini kitchen~ I rarely cook, and when I do I only cook simple things haha😄 The walls, backsplash, and hanging cabinets are all white, plus the countertop is also made of white granite, so it looks clean and bright. To add a touch of warmth, I chose the lower cabinets with a wood motif finish. Everything that could create clutter is stored inside the cabinets, including kitchen spices and drinking water gallons that I hide to keep the kitchen looking minimalist (very important to me!!😅) I only display items that are pleasing to the eye, and of course, I’ve added some cute and refreshing touches, like a calendar, hanging acrylic mobile, and magnet cushion on the fridge. Hi, this is the front view of my space. Actually, this is a small balcony in front of my room that I have wanted to decorate for a long time but always postponed (blame it on the hot weather, haha!) But finally I managed to finish it!🥹🥹 There’s not much here. There’s just a small bench to sit and relax while drinking afternoon tea, some green plants, and a wind chime near the door. The soft, soothing sound it makes is surprisingly calming🤍 I also installed a wooden floor deck as an accent. It’s only a small patch though, maybe I’ll add more in the future. It’s hard to capture the full view of the balcony, but this looks pretty good, right? Haha. The walls, floor, door are all white, I also installed glass blocks on one of the walls to make it brighter. Welcome to this little reading corner in my space!📚 I don't have a living room, so let me share about this spot instead. I've loved reading since I was little, and this corner feels like a mini version of my dream home library. I chose a comfortable chair that matches the simple style of my room, perfect for relaxing without being too 'slouchy'. Beside it, there's a small table for the book I'm reading and my favorite tumbler, and a minimalist floor lamp for additional light. On the window, I display mini flower brick toys to make it even cuter!🌸 I also like to write quotes or insights from the books I read, so I stick those notes on the window glass. It's great because I can easily read them whenever I want, and they add a bit of personality to the space. On the wall, there's a shelf where I arrange my books and display some of my favorite mugs. What I like is that this shelf is adjustable, so I can change the arrangement easily🥹. Underneath, there's a trolley where I store books and reading essentials like bookmarks, sticky notes, and highlighters. It makes everything easy to grab when I’m in the middle of a good book🤓👍🏼 I chose minimalist furniture for this corner so that it wouldn’t be too crowded because there were already quite a lot of books and knickknacks. Neutral colors and simple furniture shapes keep my room looking neat. This is my favorite corner in my space, where I can dive into stories and let my mind wander. Hello, welcome to my personal space at home! Basically, I like a room with a clean and minimalist interior, but still have a unique touch so it doesn't get boring. I don't mind mixing various styles, be it Japandi, vintage, modern, as long as it fits my personal taste. I'm not too tied to a particular style. If I like the design and the color fits my room's color palette, then it works for me. I also like to add playful elements to give a fun impression (I'm a fan of cute things, but they have to be cute-minimalist). Like dog pillowcases (I'm a fan of Snoopy and Pochacco!😆) and cute but still simple lamps. To keep the room 'clean,' I store things in storage and cabinets. This is what my room looks like at night 🌝 Honestly, I enjoy my room way more at night. I’m not a big fan of ceiling lamps (I almost never turn them on🥲) instead, I fill the room with cute ambiance lamps. I have 5 ambiance lamps: 3 floor lamps, 1 pleated lamp, and 1 led lamp that I installed under the bookshelf. Who else likes rearranging their room when they're feeling stressed?🥲 For me, this is quite helpful, because the body is busy moving so the mind is distracted, lol. Besides that, I also feel that I need a new atmosphere so that I can be more comfortable while resting, and this is the result!🛏️✨ I moved the mattress to the corner near the window to get a new vibe. Now, I wake up in a better mood (maybe the sunlight from the window helps with that!) Btw, because my bed doesn't have a couch, it was super easy to move, haha. I also moved the book trolley so it's closer, so it's easier to grab a book when you're relaxing on the bed. The rest is still the same, the nuance is clean minimalist with a touch of green that makes the atmosphere so relaxing. I also still use this lightweight summer blanket because even though it rains almost every day (and night), sometimes it still feels a bit hot, so this blanket is perfect for maintaining comfort. When I moved into this house, one of the things I wanted the most was a clean & light, yet functional kitchen. That's why I chose a minimalist one-line kitchen design, paired with this special island table in the middle. This island table is very multifunctional: preparing food, breakfast-lunch-dinner, to afternoon journaling while drinking tea. One side even has a built-in shelf for books, because why not?😄 To keep things looking clean, airy, and Pinterest-worthy (yes, even on a regular day), I deliberately didn't use the upper cabinets. This is the staircase of the house that connects the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, where my room is located. The 2nd floor has 2 large windows facing east, so in the morning the staircase area gets good natural lighting🌞✨ The steps are made of wood-patterned granite, which contrasts nicely with the white walls. For the railing, I chose perforated iron painted white to create a modern minimalist look. Don't forget, there is also an iron handrail with a simple shape and painted white. The open layout of this house makes the house feel more spacious and airy, even though the house is actually only 6 meters wide. From the front, most of the house can be seen, namely the sitting area which is also a reading corner behind the main window, the work area that is close to the wall, the TV area, and the kitchen & dining area are immediately visible. The middle part was deliberately left empty so that it would be comfortable to walk without being blocked by furniture😁 Fun fact: originally, this house was an elongated model, and the TV area used to be a bedroom. But during the renovation, the wall was broken down, leaving the top part with a few pillars (for safety reasons and a bit of accent) and making it an area for watching TV. Now, the area inside this house is brighter and more open, but it doesn't lose its boundaries completely. The air flow is also better🍃 What I like about this open layout house is that it makes my everyday life feel a little more connected without feeling 'constrained'. The size of this bathroom is 2.8 x 1.7 meters, and from the beginning I didn't have any strange wishes about the bathroom. What's important is that it feels like a hotel bathroom: simple, clean, has hot water, and most importantly, clutter-free! 😆👍🏼 Now I'm also more minimalist about body care, so I don't store many products in the bathroom. I only put the essentials in the shower niche, the rest are stored behind the washbasin mirror that has storage. Efficient and still neat✨ In this bathroom there is also a skylight for natural light during the day, and an LED strip inside the niche that makes the ambiance really nice at night.
