Ingredients

โข400 g milk, 1 vanilla bean, 24 g unsalted butter, 97 g cake flour, 100 g whole egg, 46 g egg yolk, 186 g sugar, 30 g Bacardi or rum

Recipe
1. Add milk and butter, add one vanilla bean with seeds and peel, and heat over medium heat while melting the butter.
(Before boiling, heat to 80 degrees!)
2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, and mix gently.
Add Bacardi and mix gently.
(Mix lightly only)
3. Sift cake flour in two batches
Mix smoothly with a whisk.
(If you mix the flour too much, gluten will be created,
so it will rise too much when baking, so mix gently)
4.1 Add milk little by little and mix.
(Include vanilla bean stems)
5. After maturing in the refrigerator for 24 hours,
pass through a sieve and pour only about 80% into the mold.
6. Preheat the Cuisinart air fryer to 200 degrees,
and bake at 200 degrees for 13 minutes / at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Pour the fully cooked canelรฉs onto a cooling rack!
