In its construction, this house used the services of an architect and contractor. We took this decision so that the design and construction were carried out by people who are truly experts in their fields. We will use this house as a residence for a long time so that the function and design are expected to meet our needs. The architectural and contractor and interior services we use are Tiang Design. From the start of discussing the design and making a list of needs, we felt like we were compatible. Discussing house building with experts is a new experience for us. Many of the things on our wishlist turned out to be not ideal for what we needed in the house. An example is the installation of a skylight above the dining table. Initially it was one of our wishlists, because it felt aesthetic. but the architect warned that the sun would be too hot and it would be like eating in the middle of a football field during the day. Apart from that, we get a lot of insight about houses from working with experts. The renovation went well and smoothly. We were also able to move into our new house on time. Minimalist Kitchen Area - The AngaHouse kitchen is located under the stairs so it is hidden from the first point of view of people looking at the room. We deliberately made the kitchen have an all-white theme so that every time it gets dirty it can be cleaned immediately without delay. The top table and backspace use granite material measuring 60x60 cm. Our curtains are custom Japanese style with a matching gray color so they are not too flashy. For the city of Solo, this developer is one that already has a name. The environment is also relatively safe, lots of greenery with 1 gate system and 24-hour security. So that for households, we feel more at ease because our children can grow and play safely. . ✨In terms of budget, we adjust to space and layout requirements. For a budget under 1 billion in 2022, at that time we decided to choose this type of house for the reasons; minimalist building concept, there are 2 floors with an open space layout, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 powder room, and most importantly we still get a back garden. . ✨With a building area of 65 square meters, this house is ideal to meet our needs. We tried to maximize the concept of the house as an open space with lots of glass openings by creating a mini garden in the house. We deliberately didn't use curtains because we wanted to get the effect of dim light coming from our garden at night.
