This is Sabuaka.

My house is a one-room apartment, but it is separated from the kitchen by built-in storage and a workbench. The kitchen has a large work space, so cooking is easy. I also do things like shaping plants here.

The back is positioned as the living room, but sometimes I want to use it more spaciously, so I installed a height-adjustable table with casters and a foldable solo chair.

I've recently started yoga and strength training again, so it's convenient for those times when I can easily create space. If you just can't get into the gym and want to do fitness at home, but don't have enough space, I recommend the convertible living room.

I've been doing the #homegym for about 2 weeks now and I've been doing it consistently. I've started using the abdominal roller and my stomach is starting to show.

Shoulder and neck stretches → yoga → strength training → if I have time, I can concentrate on the exercise bike and it takes just over 30 minutes. I'm pretty sweaty. When it cools down, I might bring my yoga mat up to the roof and do it.
