I've gone from low-profile to high-profile beds, and now I absolutely love low-profile beds. So, I've been removing the frame and just using a mattress with a mat. But hygiene issues are unavoidable, huh? The built-in mattress keeps the mattress from sliding around, and the wood color is a natural, woody feel, making it even prettier in person. ♥ I also added a shelf, perfect for displaying lights, books, cups, and glasses.
