Peach Panzanella Summer-flavored salad complete ღ I tried making it with peaches instead of tomatoes, and the refreshing taste goes perfectly with summer! It's easy to make, so give it a try! 🍑 • Ingredients | 1 peach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/3 onion, bread • Dressing | 3 T olive oil, 1 T balsamic vinegar, 1 T lemon juice, a pinch of salt and allulose Cut the bread into small pieces, drizzle with olive oil, Bake in an oven at 185 degrees for 10 minutes to make it crispy, and mix the dressing and all ingredients together at once to finish! I made this with sliced bread.
